东方国际集团上海市纺织品进出口有限公司（前身上海市纺织品进出口有限公司）成立于1957年，是建国以后最早设立的国营专业外贸公司之一，也是国家第二家大型综合商社试点单位东方国际集团的核心骨干企业。
公司主要经营高档次、多品种纱、坯布、漂布、色布、印花布、色织布；晴纶、粘胶纤维织物，呢绒面料、混纺织品和各类服装，纺织制成品以及其它非纺织商品的进出口贸易。自八十年代以来，公司年进出口总额持续超过3亿美元，累计出口已逾120亿美元。始终位于全国最大出口企业排行榜的前列。
公司贸易涉及广阔，除了经营各类纺织品及其制成品和其它非纺织商品的进出口业务，承接补偿贸易、来料、来件、进料加工业务，进行技术设备引进和技术交流，接受国内委托及进出口代理业务之外，还涉及国内贸易、服务贸易、房产经营、广告宣传、投资实业、科技开发、咨询服务等诸多领域。

Orient International Holding Shanghai Textiles Imp.&Exp.Co.,Ltd.The former Shanghai Textiles Imp.&Exp.Corporationwas established in 1957.It was one of the earliest state-owned,specialized foreign trade companies.It is the core enterprise of Orient International Holding Co.Ltd.,which is the second biggest national conglomerate enterprise on experiment.
The Company mainly deals with high-quality and various kinds of yarns,grey cloths,bleached,dyed printed,yarn-dyed fabrics,acrylic and viscose fiber products,woolen and worsted fabrics,blended fabrics as well as a variety of garments and ready-made textiles products and also other non-textile items.Since the nineteen eighties,the Company‘s annual import and export volume has exceeded the amount of 3 hundred million U.S.dollars.It has always been ranked as one of the largest national export enterprises.
The Company covers a wide range of business scope.Besides importing and exporting various kinds of textiles as well as other non-textile items,it has undertaken business activities in other fields such as compensation trade,import of technical equipments,technological exchanges,acting as an agent for clients both at home and abroad,The Company has also entered the areas like domestic trade,service trade,real-estate,advertisement,industrial investment,technological deveopment,consulting ect.
