Guangzhou Textiles Holdings Limited is a state-owned corporation with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, which is authorized to conduct foreign trade independantly in large scale. It has fixed assets of 88 million yuan.
On the approvel of Guangzhou Municipal Government in 1998, former Guangzhou Textiles Import & Export Corporation established in 1980 has been reformed as the main part of Guangzhou Textiles Holdings Limited. At present, the business group has twelve wholly-invested enterprises including three overseas subsidiary companies such as Guangzhou Foreign Economic Trade Service Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou Modern Trade & Commercial Tactics Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou Tianhe Guangde Warehouse Co.,Ltd., Guangzhou Times International Freight Co.,Ltd., Patinka Imp.&Exp.GMBH, Rader International Co.Sp.Zo.O.and Yue Xiu Textiles Co.,Ltd.. Another six production bases in the form of Stock-controlled, Joint-stock, and Connected enterprises are subordinated to the corporation.
Since its foundation twenty-one years ago, the corporation has exerted every effort to exploit both domestic and foreign markets. With its comprehensive international sales net and stable supply channels, the corporation is willing to offer the customers worldwide the best effective services. From 1993 and for the years that followed, it has been one of Chinese 500 leading enterprises with the largest trade volume and one of the top 200 enterprises with the largest export volume, enjoying Class A administrations from China Customs since 1999.
